The Client Is the Greatest Added Value

THE CLIENT IS THE GREATEST ADDED VALUE

"The foundation of a case is the client’s story."

For Mr. Eric WITT Esq., listening to the client is the most essential element in producing quality work.

Discussing facts isn’t limited to a superficial summary of the generally seen using the traditional method. In this regard, tackling the facts includes :
  • a comprehensive and thorough analysis leaving no stone unturned while drafting briefs with the client;
  • an exhaustive analysis of the peripheral aspects of the case, including arguments the adverse party might give, what it knows, what it thinks we might not know, what type of proof we can obtain, the possibility of using expert witnesses, etc…
LISTENING to the client and UNDERSTANDING the client's needs are often more important than telling the client what he should think.
