Brainstorming

BRAINSTORMING

" Two heads are better than one. "

Unlike the method which consists of the attorney’s drafting the briefs alone and several weeks or even months after first seeing the client, the Firm’s method encompasses the use of efficient brainstorming.

From the first meeting, the client brainstorms with M. WITT Esq. Putting their minds together they go over the facts, unearth the subtle aspects of the case, study the mindset of the opposing party, assess the possible arguments the opposing party may give and prepare a strategy.

Questions may also be raised concerning :

  • the facts and the legal arguments as the other side sees and/or may see them;
  • the evidence the other side may have;
  • the evidence the other side is unaware we have.

In this regard, client and lawyer together uncover and exploit facets which would probably go unnoticed by an attorney acting alone using the traditional method.
